Sometimes general emails, like password reset emails, can be flagged as SPAM by some email servers, such as Yahoo and AOL. Please check your SPAM folder and confirm whether emails have been filtered there.
When this happens, it's very important to mark all emails coming in from CampersCard as "not spam." Then, your email server will learn that emails from us are allowed.
Here are some instructions for marking CampersCard emails as "not spam" if you have a Yahoo email account. For other email providers, please follow their prescribed steps for marking incoming emails as "not spam".
Open the Spam folder. If you don't see the "Spam" folder, click More below the "Sent" folder.
Select the email.
Click "Not spam" to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
