How to get your result data into Camphouse
Adding your campaign results to Camphouse allows you to create powerful reports and gain valuable insights. You can analyze results data independently or in direct comparison to plans.
Results data can be entered into the Results section of Camphouse in two ways:
Automatically, through third-party platform integrations
Manually, through direct input or Excel import

Raw data fetched from integrations will be stored in the Results section, separated into tabs by API source (e.g. Facebook Marketing, Google Campaign Manager, etc). To protect the integrity of your data, these sheets are locked and uneditable.
Manual entry
Manual entry is a common practice for campaign results from traditional media, such as TV and Radio as well as other platforms that we have yet to establish an integration with. Though, an equally common alternative to manual entry, for unsupported third-party platforms, is to establish a Google Sheets integration.
To get started with manual entry, you need to have a Results Media Type. Follow the same process as creating and configuring Planning Media Types, however, ensure that the Media Type is a results one instead of a planning one.
The Results Media Types will appear as separate tabs in the bottom left corner of the Results section.
How to manually add entries line-by-line
Navigate to the Results Section: Start by selecting 'Results' from the left-hand menu.
Access the Correct Tab: Locate and click on the appropriate tab at the bottom of the Results section. Tabs with a padlock icon are linked to integrations and cannot be manually altered.
Data entry: Enter your results data in each row.
How to copy and paste from an external sheet

Copy and Paste the Data:
Open your external sheet and select all the rows and columns you intend to add.
Ensure the selected data matches the number of columns and rows in your Camphouse results sheet to maintain accurate placement.
Copy the selected data from your external sheet.
Paste it into the Camphouse results sheet. You can paste multiple columns and rows simultaneously, but remember to verify the alignment to ensure data integrity.
💡 When copying data from external sheets (for example Excel or Google Sheets) please make sure that the number and date formats in the sheet match your settings in Camphouse.
Import an Excel file
You can also add data to your plan with the importer. Click the import icon (the arrow pointing up) at the top right of the Sheet view to upload a file, then follow the prompts to map your columns and review the data before it lands in your plan.
The importer takes care of file checks, column mapping, validation, and a final review step with Match & Replace, and every import is logged in Settings → External data → Import history.

💡 Tip! If you need to make adjustments to the structure of the Results sheet, please contact your Camphouse admin(s) who can handle these changes for you.
Making use of the data
To visualize your results and compare them to your plans, head to the Reports section. You can choose from more than 20 chart types to get the insights that are most relevant to you!
