The Export Participants Email will be sent to the main club admin to ensure security of the participants data.
To be able to receive this email ensure you (your email) is listed in the Team Members section of the dashboard.
If not, ask our support team or your club admin to give you access. Once you are listed as a Team Member you can access the data.
Add a new user to the Camps & Events platforn
Go to dashboard.clubzap.com
Select Products -> Camps & Events -> Manage Events
Select Team Members from the menu on the top right of the dashboard
Enter the name and email to initiate an invite to the Team Memebr to access the Camps & Events portal
Once they create their account they can login to admin.clubzapevents.com and the registration download will then go to their own email account
