When a QR code exists in the purchasers receipt the club can scan the QR code at the event. Scanning of the QR Codes can only be done using the ClubZap scanning apps which can be downloaded as follows:

Once Downloaded use the activation code CZAP, then just login as normal using your Camps login.

​Note: every organiser receives an automatic mail from the system the day before the event starts with the links to download and activate the app.

You can check an attendee into the same event multiple times.
The app will let you know that they have already checked in and will display the date and time of their original check in.

In the club’s admin Dashboard, there will be a complete record of every check in (original and every follow up), including the date and time of each check in and the person who performed it.
