To reactivate your membership, simply log into your previous membership with your email address and password.
If you don't remember your password, you can always reset it HERE.
Once you are logged in, you will see a red banner at the top of the page indicating that you membership is no longer active and a red Reactivate button at the top right corner of the website.
Click the Reactivate button and then click the Reactivate Your Membership button in the window that pops up.
The Support Chat bubble will open. Click the Ask a Question button to engage our Support Team to reactivate your membership.
