When members join, there is a note on the payment page that says it is a annually billed membership. This is also listed on the Terms and Conditions Pages of our website, right at the top. We do ask anyone purchasing a membership to agree to those terms when they join. If desired, members are able to turn the automatic renewal off in their member dashboard so it will not renew.
