Search by Campground Name not location or region
CampScanner is a tool for those who know the specific park or campground that they would like to scan for availability. Currently, we do not provide the capability to perform a general search of an area or region to choose a park/campground to scan. We hope to provide location-based searching with a map function in the future.
How to find specific campground names
If you do not have a specific campground in mind for the area or region you want to visit, a quick Google search for campgrounds in the desired location will provide you with specific campground names to enter into the CampScanner search box.
Helpful Hint: If the Google search results show that the campground uses reserveamerica.com or recreation.gov, you will be able to create a scan for that campground or park on CampScanner.
