Text Keyword
Yes, the system we use to send our RAS text messages does support replying with keywords to STOP, UNSTOP, UNSUBSCRIB,E., or CANCEL.
We DO NOT recommend using keywords to stop or unsubscribe as this will terminate all text communications that you have opted in to receive from our system.
Managing text notifications
We provide an easier way to manage your notification preferences within your member's dashboard on the website and directly within the app.

Log in and choose Membership > Manage Membership from the top menu. Then select Notification Preferences from the left menu.

Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the app home screen. Scroll down and choose Notifications.
