Why does the student connection page say "Pending"?

NOTE: If you do not see a Graduation Cap at the top of your screen, your student's college/university has not enabled this feature. This article is only applicable if there is a Graduation Cap icon at the top of your screen.

If you see the following "Pending" text on your student tiles, that means your student has approved your connection request. This also means that we are waiting for the university to send the student's information to CampusESP. NOTE: For first time students, this is often AFTER the student begins attending classes.

Sometimes you will see right under your student's email address, that it says "Pending Import Info". This means that CampusESP is waiting for the university to send your student's data to us. This normally happens after the student begins attending classes. When the data starts being sent, you will see that the student tiles change to a "Loading" Status.
