Guide to Managing User Comments

Admins have the ability to control their comment channels by preventing other parents from seeing inappropriate comments. Even if a comment is rejected, the original commenter will still be able to see their post, while it will be invisible to everyone else - the magic of "shadow commenting!"

Step 1: Access the admin page.

Step 2: From the dashboard screen, the right side shows recent comments that have been made.

Step 3: Admins have the ability to approve, reject, or reject all user's comments.

Step 4: As an admin you also have the ability to comment on user comments.

  • Select the user's comment by clicking on the comment, once you approve or reject, to enter the commenting feature.

Step 5: Chose to reply to the user's comment or write in a new comment.

  • Replying to the user's comment emails that user that they have a response on their thread, prompting them to check their portal.
