Guide to Turning on Comment/Post Notifications for Admins

Is there someone from your institution who should be receiving comment or post notifications? Look no further!

1. Visit Users page

Go to the user page of your portal (yourportalname.campusesp.com/users). You can also get here by clicking on the Users icon on the lefthand side.

2. Search for a user by putting their name or email in the search bar at the top

3. Click on their name or email to view their profile. Then click "Impersonate User"

IMPORTANT: Any action that you make while impersonating a user will be made on that user's behalf. You have full control of their account, which means please use caution!

4. Click on the person icon and "Edit Notification Preferences"

3. Enable comment/post notifications

Use this page to check off your preferred notification options. The options for the comment and post notifications are shown below.

4. Save your changes

Click Save Preference after your notification preferences have been set. Then click the link in the red bar to stop impersonating the user.
