Step 1: Go to the user page of your portal (yourportalname.campusesp.com/users). You can also get here by clicking on the Users icon on the lefthand side.
Step 2: Search for a user by putting their name or email in the search bar at the top.
Step 3: Click on their name or email to view their profile:
Step 4: In the "Send Email" drop-down, select "Send reset password to [User's Name]" to send a Reset Password email to the parent's email!
Step 5: From there, you can let the user know that they should follow the link in the email to reset their password.
