Step 1: Go to the user page of your portal: https://[yourportalname].campusesp.com/users. You can also get here by clicking on the Users icon on the lefthand side.
This process is one of several troubleshooting methods to assist users during onboarding, particularly if they are having email or password setup challenges.
Step 2: Search for a user by putting their name or email in the search bar at the top.
Step 3: Click on their name or email to view their profile:
Step 4: In the "Send Email" drop-down, select "Send reset password to [User's Name]" to send a Reset Password email to the parent's email!
Step 5: From there, you can let the user know that they should follow the link in the email to reset their password.

Using the "Forgot Password" Option
New users experiencing issues with their passwords can use the Forgot Password link available on the sign-in screen. By following the prompts, they can reset their password and regain access to the portal.
