I need to edit my orientation registration. How can I do that?

You can return to your registration form to make any edits to your initial submission.

How do I add additional guests to my orientation registration?

You’ll need to log into the portal and return to the orientation registration form.

  1. Log in through your official student portal URL (for example: http://[your-portal-url].studentesp.com/) using your institutional single sign-on (SSO) credentials.

  2. Go to the person icon on the top right.

  3. Use the dropdown to select Edit Notification Preferences.

  4. Click View My Events on the left side under I'd like to...

  5. Click into the New Student Orientation event.

Next, to edit the form submission and add additional guests, you’ll need to do the following:

  1. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

  2. Click Make additional ticket or product purchases? Click here

  3. Scroll down to the Family/Guest Tickets section, add a ticket, and then add your additional guest’s information. This may include their first and last name, phone number, and email address.

Note: Some institutions have limited guest capacity, so you may only be able to bring one or two guests with you to orientation.

  1. Scroll to the bottom and click Next, Review Order to save your updates and complete your payment if there is a guest orientation fee.
