How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on CampusKnot?

This article shows you how to turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for your CampusKnot account.

Two-factor authentication adds a one-time code, sent to your phone, on top of your password at login.

Step 1 Visit 'Manage Account' settings

Step 2 Choose the 'Account Settings' option

Step 3 Click the 'Turn on 2FA' toggle

⚠️ Confirm your phone number first. CampusKnot sends the verification code to the phone number on your account. If you haven't added one yet, you're prompted to enter it during setup.

→ What if I don't receive the SMS code?

Check that your phone has signal and that the number on your account is correct.

→ Can I disable 2FA later?

Yes. Return to Account Settingstoggle 2FA off.

→ Will I need the code every time I log in?

Yes, a new code is sent to your phone each time you sign in. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so enter yours promptly.

→ What happens if I change my phone number?

You can update your phone number under Account SettingsPersonal Information. If the problem persists, contact our support team at support@campusknot.com.
