Reset a password from the log-in page
Step 1 Click on 'Forgot your password'
Step 2 Input the .edu email address associated with your CampusKnot account
Step 3 Check your inbox. If you do not receive an email within the first 5-minutes, check your junk email/ spam folder
Step 4 You'll receive a 6-digit code inside your school .edu email address:
Step 5 Type the 6-digit code here 👇
⚠️ This code is valid for 30 minutes. Your password will not change unless you use the code above and create a new password. If your code has expired, you can always request another here.
Step 6 Once you input the code, make sure your password follows these guidelines:
A minimum of 8 characters
At least one upper-case letter
At least one number
At least one special character (~!@#$%^&*)
Reset a password from the Profile page:
Step 1 Log in to your account
Step 2 Select your name located on the bottom of the page
Step 3 Select 'Account Settings'
Step 4 Inside 'Account Settings,' make sure you input your current password and set up a new one
Step 5 Click 'Save' once you're done
⚠️ Your new password needs to follow these guidelines:
