There are two ways to reset your CampusKnot password.

If you're unable to log in:

Make sure you are typing the right password. We have added tools that will help you view which password you're typing.

To start the reset password process:

  1. Select 'Forgot your password?'

  2. Input your .EDU email address

  3. Check your inbox

Important:

  • If you do not get a verification email, check your junk email/ spam folder within your email.


Reset your password:

  1. You will receive a 'Reset password' email from CampusKnot

  2. Select 'Reset password'

Important:

  • Make sure you reset your password within the first hour. If you take longer, you will need to request a new 'reset password' email.

3. Create a new password, and make sure you follow the guidelines below

Password must include:

  • A minimum of 8 characters

  • At least one upper-case letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character (~!@#$%^&*)

If you're logged in:

  1. Inside your profile, select 'Account settings'

2. Click on the 'Change Password' tab

3. Input your previous password and create a new one.

Important: Make sure you follow the guidelines below
