⚠️ Manage your subscription in a web browser, not the app. Go to campusknot.com on a computer or tablet to check your status or turn off auto-renewal. Subscription settings aren't available in the mobile app.
Step 1 Log in to your account by visiting the CampusKnot website on a computer, iPad/tablet browser
Step 2 Click on your name on the bottom left corner of your screen
Step 3 Select the 'Subscription' option
Step 4 Click on 'Cancel Subscription'
⚠️ See "CampusKnot Contract" or "Bookstore Discount" under Plan Details? You're all set. These plans don't auto-renew, so there's nothing to turn off.

→ If I cancel, do I lose access right away?
No. Canceling turns off auto-renewal; it doesn't cut off your current subscription. You keep full access to CampusKnot on the web and mobile app through the end of the term you already paid for.
→ How do I know my subscription is canceled?
Check Plan Details. When the button reads Unsubscribed, your subscription is canceled and auto-renewal is off. There's nothing more to do.
