Inside CampusKnot, every group administrator can create events or office hours to meet and interact with group members.
An event inside CampusKnot:
Events are group-related sessions where the instructor or administrator of a group can meet with more than one individual at a time. Inside events, you can:
Add a start and end time

Host your events online or in person.
Important: Inside CampusKnot, you can create events with all three major web conferencing tools.
Require RSVPs to track who's attending your event.
Add reminders to your events, so group members receive notifications before the event starts.

Lastly, don't forget you can invite an entire group or a few members to your events.

An office hour inside CampusKnot:
Office hours are 1-to-1 meetings rather than a group event. Office hours are used to meet with an individual student at a time. Inside office hours, you can:

Add a name
Host your meetings in-person or online
Important: If you're scheduling your office hours online, don't forget to connect to one of our web conferencing integrations.
Select a start, end date, and the days when your office hours will be held
Example: I've set my office hours to last from August 30, 2021, until December 8th, 2021. During those months my office hours will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Now it's time to set the times when you will host your office hours. I've set mine from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
Last, set a duration. Duration is the time each student has to meet with you.
