How to Redeem a Discount or Bookstore Access Code on CampusKnot

All you need to know to redeem a discount code given by your instructor.

  • Access code: purchased through your campus bookstore (Barnes & Noble, Follett, or an independent bookstore). It activates your subscription

  • Discount code: provided by your instructor. It reduces the price of your subscription

⚠️ Redeem your code in a web browser, not the mobile app. Go to campusknot.com, log in, and enter your code there. Code redemption is not available in the app

Step 1 Navigate to the Profile section

Manage Account button below your name at the bottom of the sidebar

Step 2 Choose the 'subscription option

Step 3 Under the 'Plan' information choose 'subscribe'

Step 4 Enter your access or discount code in the 'Access or Discount Code' field.

Step 5 Click on 'Apply code'

If the Discount Code provided by your bookstore or your instructor is not working, please contact support@campusknot.com.
