Troubleshoot your CampusKnot App

1. Confirm the latest CampusKnot app version

Please go to your App Store and search for the latest version of the CampusKnot app, or select one of these options:

Important💡: If prompted, please update the application.

2. Check the internet connection

  • Check for sufficient data signals for your phone carrier.

  • Check for a reliable WiFi connection and ensure that the Dx is not using a VPN service.

  • Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, and check if there's a difference.

3. Logout and login again

  • To logout: Tap the hamburger menu 👇 > Log Out

  • To login: Launch app > Enter login credentials > Tap Sign In

4. Force close and relaunch the app

  • To view your open apps, press and slide up to see your most recently used apps.

  • Swipe right or left until you find the CampusKnot app.

  • Once found, swipe it up to close it.

  • Return to your Home screen by clicking the Home button.

  • Find and re-open the Campusknot app.

5. Uninstall and Reinstall CampusKnot app

  • Uninstall the CampusKnot app. If you are not connected to Wifi, installing the app will use data and affect your data usage. This will ensure the bug fixes our tech team implements to the app will update to your installed version of the app.

  • Press and hold on the CampusKnot application icon on the screen, and this will pop out three options then choose the option "Remove App" or "Uninstall". It will uninstall the application from the device.

  • After uninstalling the CampusKnot app successfully, please reinstall it from the App Store.

6. Restart the device

  • Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Volume down button until the red slider appears.

  • Drag the slider from left to right to turn the device off.

  • After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple or Android logo. This means the phone is powering back on.
