How to Request a Refund from CampusKnot

Request a refund and learn when funds arrive back in your account.

Written by Cameron

Your CampusKnot subscription renews automatically so your access doesn't lapse between semesters. If you'd rather not renew, you can turn off auto-renewal any time before your next billing date. Here's how.

Before You Start

When you subscribe, you agree to auto-renewal, and you can turn it off any time afterward.

Refunds are available within 60 days of the auto-renewal date.

If you forget to turn off auto-renewal, you can request a full refund within 60 days of the renewal date. See our Terms of Use for details.
