To take advantage of the CampusReel technology solutions with video content you already have created, we highly recommend you add any and all video content to your CampusReel library.

If you have a video file downloaded to your computer it is super easy to upload the video onto CampusReel. Navigate to your video library in CampusReel and then click the new "New Video" button in the top righthand corner.

In this new screen, you will see the instruction to "Drag & Drop" files. Just go into your computer's file log and drag and drop the files - the videos will start to upload to CampusReel's library from there!

If you upload multiple files at once, you will not be prompted to add any additional detail to the video data.

However, if you upload a single video, once it fully uploads there will be some more details needed to save the video with its proper description. In the screenshot below, you can see the first set of details needed to move forward:

Once you fill out all the details, the next step is to add the "location" of the video - you can just type in the name of your campus! Be sure to click "Add Street View".

Another option is to select multiple files from your hard drive and upload those in order to upload multiple videos/clips at once.

Be sure to SAVE!

Also, the CampusReel team has a quick way to migrate your Youtube content right into your CampusReel video library with a few clicks - please reach out to jspardel@campusreel.org to pursue this option.
