The CampusReel video creation process includes the creation of a thumbnail for every video that our editors complete. This is a courtesy service we provide that enhances the overall look of your institution's CampusReel profile page.

We understand, however, that sometimes the thumbnails we create aren't exactly in in line with your institution's brand guidelines. In the case that you'd like to customize these thumbnails, we can provide simple instructions for uploading your own images.

1) From the Videos section of your admin dashboard, select the video for which you'd like to update the thumbnail image by clicking on 'Edit' to the right of the video title.

This will pull up the video data view.

From here, click "Change Thumbnail" where you see the image on the left side.

Select the desired file from your computer's hard drive. This can be a custom slide or a screen-shot. Any .jpg or .png file will work.

Once you've selected the image, simply click save!

Ideal specs for thumbnail images are 1920 x 1080px or 960 x 540px.
