Responsibilities
Help to develop a social media strategy for the various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
Work directly with the CampusReel Customer Success team to film, capture, and create daily posted content for the [UNIVERSITY] social media accounts and blog.
Engage with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice.
Identify up-and-coming social media influencers and creators.
Keep your pulse on the latest Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can also incorporate these trends into our content.
Participate in brainstorms and content ideation.
Be self-sufficient with producing your own content.

Full Job Description
Content Creator
We’re looking for a part time Content Creator to join our team and help us share our mission to make health and fitness approachable and accessible for everyone. As the content creator, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for Blue House, which will be published on the Blue House website and/or social media pages. Creators are expected to work simultaneously with operations to maintain consistency between events, oerings, and content published.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies and ideas to increase social engagement and grow following
- Create engaging content that represents the values of Blue House while sharing information relevant to our events and oerings, demonstrating a working knowledge of Blue House memberships, products & promotions.
- Work in collaboration with the Operations Manager to plan future posts and copy
- Write, review, and edit content for websites, social media pages, and public communications by given deadline
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Brainstorm and suggest new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
- Assist with the design of promotional materials for marketing and events
- Have the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Attend monthly all team meetings
Experience
- Proven experience as a content creator, producing strong, engaging content
- Experience with photography or YouTube a plus
