Reporting Frequency

You must:

  • Submit reports and claims quarterly

  • Provide annual outcomes reporting

What You Must Report

  • Project progress

  • Financial claims

  • Performance metrics

Additional Requirements

  • Attend annual update meetings, if requested

  • Maintain records for 7 years

Important Rule

If you do not submit reports on time:

  • Your reimbursement may be delayed
