What happens if my application to Foodtech Next is approved?

You must sign an agreement and complete program requirements to receive funding.

Next Steps

If approved, you must:

  1. Sign the Master Project Agreement within 30 business days

  2. Meet all reporting and compliance requirements

  3. Start your project within the approved timeline

Additional Requirement

You must:

  • Attend and present at the accompanying Foodtech Next program showcase event in Ottawa, the February after your funding is announced (mandatory)

  • Travel costs will be covered by CFIN
