No. You cannot double-count the same project cost across multiple government funding programs.
If another government program already funds a cost category at 50% or more, you generally cannot claim the same costs under the True North Sustainable Food Fund.
Example:
If IRAP funds labour costs at 50% or higher, you cannot also claim those labour costs under the True North Sustainable Food Fund.
Your budget must clearly separate which program funds fall under each cost category.
