Why can’t I log in to the SmartSimple application portal yet?

It can take up to 2 business days after registering on YODL for your SmartSimple account to be created.

How to Access Your Account

  1. Use the same email you used for YODL

  2. Click “Forgot Password” in SmartSimple

  3. Set a new password (your YODL password will not transfer)
