Why Can’t I Login to SmartSimple Yet?

Once you register for your CFIN membership on YODL, it can take up to 2 business days for your account to be generated in the SmartSimple application portal. The email address used to register for your YODL membership account will be the same in the application portal, but your password will not transfer over, and you will need to set up a unique password in SmartSimple.

You can activate your account in SmartSimple by entering the same email address used to register for your CFIN membership and click on “Forgot Password”. If you still have trouble gaining access, please email innovation@cfin-rcia.ca.
