You must define how intellectual property (IP) will be managed in your project.
This is especially important if you work with:
Consultants
Academic partners
Service providers
Ownership Rules
IP developed through CFIN-funded projects must remain in Canada.
This requirement applies for at least 5 years after project completion.
Exceptions require written approval from the Minister.
