At the moment, Candid is focused exclusively on the UK hospitality market.
This means that:
🇬🇧 The roles on our platform are based in the UK.
👤 Candidates using Candid must already have the right to work in the UK.
✈️ We aren't currently able to support candidates looking for visa sponsorship or relocation to the UK.
🤔 Why is this?
As a growing platform, we're currently focused on connecting UK hospitality employers with candidates who already have the right to work in the UK.
While many hospitality businesses do offer sponsorship in certain circumstances, this isn't something Candid currently facilitates through our platform.

We're always listening to feedback from our community and exploring ways to improve Candid as we grow.
