Not all data could be transferred. The length of the account's payable number does not match the length in DATEV.

Explanation:

The G/L account length can be set in DATEV Unternehmen online. If this length does not match the exported length, this information is removed during the import in DATEV Unternehmen online.

Prevention:

Please ensure that your payable, receivable, and G/L account lengths in Candis are consistent and in line with DATEV logic.

Solution:

Once a document has been sent to DATEV, you can no longer adjust it in Candis. This means that the pre-account assignment can no longer be changed. The accounts must either be added in DATEV Unternehmen online or when posting the invoices in DATEV Rechnungswesen.
