Packs / Collectibles
Do packs need to be opened in order to have self custody/ be tradeable on other marketplaces (Tradeverse)? No
Will pack numbers be maintained post Root network migration? Yes
Will mint numbers be maintained post Root network migration? Yes
FuturePass / FV Account Linkage
How does Futureverse signup work? For more info, please see Getting Started with FuturePass.
What if you already have an FV account? If you’ve already signed up for a Futureverse account, we will seamlessly link your accounts.
Candy.io Platform Continuity
Can I still view "My Collection" on Candy.io post migration or do I need to go to another platform?
Short Term: There are No expected changes
Long-term: Will evaluate improvements to the user experience
Will primary sales still flow through Candy.io? Yes
Can my Candy balance be maintained in $USD or does it have to convert to $Root post migration? There will be no changes to your Candy balance on-platform.
Credit Card Usage
Can I still make purchases with CC post-migration? Yes
