This includes any unused and undamaged Ooze product. It must be purchased from the Ooze Life website and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we receive your items and they pass inspection, we'll issue your refund (minus shipping and handling).
Please contact us about a return request and we will provide a form for you to fill out. Once the return is approved you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us.
