Analytics Tab in Document Viewer

Our new analytics tab in the document viewer can help you gain valuable insights into user engagement and file activity.

Here's how to use it:

  1. Simply open a document in the document viewer and click on the "analytics" tab in the side menu

  2. View the most active users - the first section of the analytics tab displays the three most active users based on views, edits, and downloads. Click on a user to view more details about their activity.

  3. The second section of the analytics tab contains the file activity log with filter options: "All Activity," "Views," "Edits," and "Downloads." You can select one or multiple filter options by selecting the tiles. This makes it easier to find the specific activity you're interested in.

It's important to note that the analytics tab maintains the same permission requirements as the previous activity log. This means that only users with the appropriate permissions can access the analytics tab and view file activity.

With these simple steps, you can easily use the analytics tab in the document viewer to gain valuable insights into user engagement and file activity.

Try it out today and optimize your document management strategy like a pro.
