You can save your advanced search filters to make recurring searches and document gathering easier

Repeatable Custom Searches

  1. Open the Search bar

  2. Click Advanced Search

  3. Set your advanced search criteria

    1. you can filter by search term, data room, date created, file creator, tag, and file type

  4. Click Save As

  5. Give the search criteria a name and click Save

For example, you can set a search that detects all NDAs you have access to created within the last 90 days. And then every quarter you can pull up the saved search and find new NDA files.
