Actions in File Viewer

When you have a document open, you can quickly perform any actions you have permissions for with quick action buttons

Actions in the File Viewer

Visit your data room
Click on the relevant file to open the viewer
Click on any of the action items to manage your document
1. the actions available depend on your permissions but a list of actions include:
  1. Share
  2. Copy file link
  3. eSign
  4. Lock with password
  5. Move
  6. Copy (duplicate file)
  7. Rename
  8. Download
  9. Redact
  10. Delete
  11. View in Office (top bar)
  12. Edit in Office (top bar)
