Tags on Workspaces

Tagging workspaces in a workspace environment is a powerful way to organize and categorize projects and transactions. Once tags have been created for a workspace(s), users can easily navigate to the desired workspaces by filtering on the tags.

Adding tags to a workspace

  1. Click on "Workspaces" on the left navigation pane

  2. On the workspaces tab, you will see all the workspaces you have access to, whether you created the workspace or you were invited to it

  3. Locate the workspace you would like to add a tag, or multiple tags, to, and then click on the three dots under the "Actions" column

  4. Click "Add tags"

  5. Input the tags you want to associate with the workspace

Tags associated with the workspace will be displayed in a list format in the "Tags" column. If there are multiple tags, the display will follow the design specifications for clarity.

Access and visibility to tags

It's important to note that added tags are visible to every entity member with a view on the project. Internal users can add tags, and these tags are not visible to external counterparts.

Counterparties with a view on the project can also add tags. However, tags added by counterparties are visible only to other members within that counterparty.

By following these guidelines, users can efficiently manage and organize a workspaces using tags, enhancing collaboration and clarity within a project.
