Why Some Frame Sizes Are Unavailable

Understand why certain frame sizes or colors may not appear as options when customizing your artwork.

Updated over a month ago

Sometimes you may notice that a frame option (Wood, Black, or White) or a specific size isn’t available when placing your order. This is completely normal and happens for a few reasons:

1. High Demand During Peak Seasons

November and December are extremely busy periods.
Certain frame sizes — especially 12x16 and 18x24 wood frames — sell out quickly.

When a frame is out of stock, we temporarily remove it from the website to avoid delays.

2. Production Capacity at Our Print Labs

Our frames are produced and shipped through regional printing partners.
If a specific lab runs out of a frame size or color, it becomes unavailable for that region until restocked.

This avoids long wait times and ensures that every order can be fulfilled on schedule.

3. Regional Availability Differences

Not all frames are available in every country.
Some materials or frame types are only stocked in certain locations based on:

  • Local production capabilities

  • Inventory

  • Shipping restrictions

If you don’t see a frame option, it simply means it isn’t available in your area at that moment.

4. Print-Only Options Are Always Available

Even when some frame sizes are temporarily unavailable, print-only products are always accessible.
Many customers choose this option and frame the artwork locally.
