However, we can’t apply discounts to orders that have already been completed.
Why Discounts Can’t Be Applied Retroactively:
1. Your artwork begins processing immediately
The moment you place your order, it enters our system and is assigned to an artist.
Because illustration work starts quickly, we are unable to adjust pricing afterwards.
2. Promotions apply only at checkout
Discounts must be used at the time of purchase.
Once the order is paid and confirmed, the price is locked in — just like with most online retailers.
3. Fairness to all customers
We run limited-time offers throughout the year, and consistently applying promotions only at checkout ensures fairness for everyone.

Even though we can’t modify past orders, here are ways to still benefit:

If You Used the Wrong Code by Mistake
If you typed a code incorrectly or had a technical issue during checkout, contact us right away — we’ll take a look.
But for completed, successful orders, we cannot retroactively apply or refund discounts.
