Troubleshooting

Please do check out our FAQ page to help answer any questions you may have. If you'd rather talk to us in person, please contact us by using the chat box in the app (found in the top right hand corner of the app) or by emailing us at support@caption-pro.com

Bug Report

If you have an issue with a bug or the software isn't working as expected, once the bug / error has occurred please select the option to 'send debugging info' in the caption-pro menu: 

Then you should be presented with a window where you can give more details about the error you are having:

 We may ask you to send over an image from your project to help us recreate the problem. Should you agree to send us any content, we will not use it for any other purpose than to help diagnose and fix the issue.

Otherwise if you can, send screenshots or a screen recording of any problems or bugs to support@caption-pro.com, please make note of:

  • The internet connection details (upload and download speed, wifi, 3G or 4G).

  • The time the error occurred.

  • What happened leading up to the error.

  • If you can recreate the issue (and how).
