This tab will show all of the records submitted in Action and Closed.
Action
Images that are sent to this stage are for agents to review. Once reviewed by an agent, they will automatically be moved to the Closed stage. If an agent has not reviewed an image in the Action stage within 48 hours, it will automatically be moved to the Closed stage with the original model decision.
Settings will be set by the workspace administrator for how many and which type of records end up in the action stage.
Closed
This tab holds all the images reviewed by either the model or the agent. Once an image is in the Closed tab, the decision can be changed for up to 15 mins. You may see some wrong decisions in this stage and that's okay! Captur has an accuracy plan in place to review these images, and thus the accuracy (any wrong decisions) will improve over time.
