User Types

There are different user types for each Captur model

Parking Compliance

There are 2 user types of the parking compliance module

Admin

An admin, you will be able to:

  • Has access to all workspaces and locations

  • Set workspace and location settings

  • Add or delete admin/members

  • Review & edit images

  • Multi-workspace view

  • View all analytic dashboards

Members

As a member, you will be able to:

  • See the locations and workspaces assigned to you

  • Review and edit images

  • View Activities and submission summary dashboard

Package Delivery

There are 2 user types for the package delivery module.

Admin

An admin, you will be able to:

  • Has access to all workspaces and locations

  • Set workspace and location settings

  • Add or delete admin/members

  • Review & edit images

  • Multi-workspace view

  • View all analytic dashboards

Members

As a member, you will be able to:

  • See the locations and workspaces assigned to you

  • Review and edit images

  • View Activities and submission summary dashboard

Damage Assessment

There are 4 types of user types for the damage assessment module.

Admin

As an Admin, you'll be able to:

  • Add and remove users and update access levels

  • View all analytics, tasks, checks, and vehicle information and history for all locations

  • Add and manage vehicles and damage checks

  • Submit checks on mobile and submit and edit checks on desktop

  • Update workspace settings and add locations

Members

As a Member, you'll be able to:

  • Add and remove users

  • View all analytics, tasks, checks, and vehicle information and history for all locations

  • Add and manage vehicles and damage checks

  • Submit checks on mobile and submit and edit checks on desktop

Professional

As a Professional, you'll be able to:

  • Submit checks on mobile

  • See your previously submitted checks

Supplier

As a Supplier, you'll be able to:

  • See your vehicles

  • See damage reported on your vehicles, and the location of your vehicles

  • Close damage reports and remove vehicles from the fleet

  • Add comments to damage reports
