By law we have to send you a letter if you fall two or more payments behind on Cardeo Credit. The letter is a notice of sums in arrears (NOSIA).

We also have to send you a letter every six months that you are still behind. That letter is called a subsequent notice of sums in arrears (SNOSIA).

We are required by law to send you these letters even if you’ve told us about your situation and we’ve made an arrangement with you about your repayments.

The wording in these letters is required by law. They give you important information. Please read them carefully.
