Optimal settings to receive Cardhoarder bot messages
Hit the Gear Icon in the upper right hand corner.
Select the Buddies, Clan, and Chat tab from the left menu.
Make sure your settings match the images above in the Availability and Notifications sections.
How to add all items at once in a trade
1. First, in the upper left hand corner “Reset all filters” so you are able to see all of your items. Then, select the Display drop down at the top of the trade and choose the Card View option.
2. Select any card in the trade window. Then hit Ctrl + A on your keyboard. All of your items should now be highlighted.
3. Now drag your items into the lower left box. After verifying all have been added, Submit and Confirm to complete the trade.
*Keep in mind that items from the other products tab will not be included in this process and will need to be added separately.
How to export a deck from your loan dashboard and import it into MTGO
From Cardhoarder.com hit the "Loan Account" tab to enter your Loan Dashboard. Once in your Loan Dashboard click on "your full rental history" to show your loan orders.
Select the "REF ID" of the order you wish to export. Then you can export the DEK file from the lower right.
Head over to MTGO and under the Collection tab select one of the 2 boxes for Adding a Deck.
After pressing one of the boxes to Add a Deck the window below will appear. There you will press the Import button and select the file you exported from your loan dashboard.
Once completed you should see your deck populated under the proper format. Make sure to move the appropriate cards to your sideboard, if they did not automatically. You can do so by dragging them to the section designated Sideboard on the right hand side.
2FA - Two Factor Authentication
On 8/28/24 Daybreak Games and Magic Online required the 2FA Feature to be enabled to allow an account to trade.
Hit the Gear Icon in the upper right hand corner.
Select the Account Settings tab from the left menu.
On the right hand side Edit 2FA Settings. Then choose your preferred option.
