Why can't I upload images?

If you cannot upload images in the app, please first check whether photo access permission is enabled.

If you cannot upload images on website, please make sure your browser supports file selection.

Please make sure the images you upload meet the requirements and wait until the upload is completed before continuing. Upload limits may vary by transaction flow, so please follow the on-screen instructions.

Example steps for the app:

  1. Go to "Settings" and tap "Apps".

  2. Find and tap "CardSale".

  3. Tap "Permissions".

  4. Tap "Photos and videos".

  5. Make sure it is set to "Allow".
