How to create a manual payment request from your portal

This feature can be used if you are wanting to cash in all or some points for an app user, multiple users, all users or everyone at a specific site.

Creating a payment request on behalf of an app user - a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Head to the payments section of your portal and click on 'Add request':

Step 2: Click on the drop-down menu and select if you would like to make a request for one user, multiple users or all users at a site or organisation:

Step 3: For single users or multiple users, select the users from the drop-down list.

Step 4: From the 'Amount' drop-down menu select 'All' to cash in all points. Alternatively, you can specify an amount by selecting 'Specify' and then entering the number of points in the field that appears

Step 5: Click on 'Add':

โ—Just a note: Once a manual payment request is made for any authorised or invited users, their status will be updated to 'Registered'. This ensures that these points are displayed in all of your stats on the portal.

The payment request will now appear in the payment list and the app user will receive the following notification:
