It is super important that new candidates are contacted promptly. We have now added candidate response tracking to the candidate area of the portal to help track this.

When a candidate first expresses interest, a green pulsing clock icon will display. This icon will remain for 60 minutes after it arrives (this only includes time in the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Mon- Fri):

If the candidate is updated within this 60 minutes then the green clock icon will save to show that this candidate was responded to superfast.

If the candidate has not been updated by 60 minutes then the clock will turn amber and will remain like this until 1 working day after the expression of interest. If the candidate is updated within this time then the amber clock will remain to show that the candidate was responded to in the expected time frame:

If the candidate is still not updated 1 working day after being submitted then the clock will turn red to show that the update time was below target. The recruiter/s responsible for the job applied for will also be sent an email to let them know there is an overdue candidate:

It is possible to view all candidates who are overdue for initial contact by clicking on 'Show me' at the top of the candidate list:

You can also receive a weekly summary of the candidate's initial response times. Click HERE to find out how.

If you have any questions about the candidate's initial response time or anything else please get in touch by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen.
