When will my points be paid?

Information on how payment requests are managed by your organisation and how you can find out about payment dates.

You’ve worked hard sharing jobs via the app and have now requested to withdraw your points. Congratulations! So, when are you likely to receive payment? 🤔

Your organisation is responsible for handling all payment requests and most companies will approve and pay requests once per month.

Once your payment request has been sent via the app, your organisation will mark the request as approved. They will then forward the request to payroll ready to be added to your wages. Once paid they will then mark your request as paid and the points will be removed from your account.

You will receive a notification when your payment is marked as approved and another when it has been marked as paid.

💡Top Tip! If you have any questions about exactly when your request will be approved or paid then get in touch with your line manager or payroll department as they will be able to give you the relevant information for your organisation.
