We suggest encouraging users to learn how to reset their own passwords
They just need to click “Forgot your password?” on the login page to get started. *Make sure they use the email they have registered in Carebility- that is how we identify users
If you simply want to reset the password for them so they can jump right into learning...
Go to the Reports-Users section in Carebility.
Select the appropriate Provider/Facility.
Find the user — users are listed alphabetically.
Click the Actions icon (look for this symbol.)
Create a password that is 15 digits long, contains an uppercase, a lowercase, and a special character #$%. Example: WelcomeBack@25
